Einblick in den Luftverkehr

In order to improve our position on the expanding air travel market, we need well-trained and responsible young people who are eager to grow with us. At the same time, we feel that it is our social responsibility to offer qualified training opportunities to young people who have completed their education. This is why Berlin Airports offer training positions in commercial, industrial and technical fields, including vocational school studies at the Berufsakademie Berlin. Practical in-company training and work experience at the airports provide unique insights into the world of air travel. In addition to theoretical instruction, our apprentices receive comprehensive training and work experience to prepare for a career in the promising air travel industry.

All training is organized by TRAINICO, a leading company for air travel training and continuing education in Germany. It takes three to three and a half years to complete vocational training. Students with top results in theory and practice can shorten their training period, although it is not possible to reduce the length of studies at the vocational school (Berufsakademie). The school year begins on August 1st. Applications may be submitted from August to October of the preceding year.
