With this year-on-year increase of 6.4 per cent, Berlin Airports has for the eighth time in succession performed better than the average of international commercial airports in Germany (around plus five per cent compared with 2009; source: German Airport Association (ADV). This result not only secures Berlin Airports’ good third place in the overall ranking of German commercial airports, it also sees its market share stabilise at just under 12 per cent.
