How long does the processing of tender applications take?
Clarification 1.1
Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify exactly how long the processing of tender applications will take. This depends largely on the number of applications received. Since we do not know how many applications will be submitted, we cannot at present make any predictions in this regard.

Will all companies that submit a tender application later be notified as to whether or not they have been accepted as bidders?
Clarification 1.2
Successful candidates receive a request from the awarding authority to submit a bid. A letter of refusal is sent out to all unsuccessful candidates.
(15.04.2009)
Will tender applications be returned to unsuccessful candidates?
FBS reply
We do not return tender applications. The tender documents remain in the tender file of the awarding authority as documentation that the tender procedure has been properly conducted.
(15.04.2009)
In the invitation to tender, you specify that floor tiles are to be laid over an area of 2,200 square metres in operation-specific buildings. Are tiles to be laid throughout using the vibration method, or possibly only in some areas?
FBS reply
None of the tiles – in any areas of the designated space – are to be laid using the vibration method.
