Please find our answers to your enquiries below:
Your question 1a.) References:
Yes, bidders/bidding consortia are required to furnish a maximum of five references for orientation and signage systems from the past five years.
In addition to proof of having executed similar orientation and signage systems for construction projects with a high visitor frequency, the bidder/bidding consortium must furnish a reference for an individual net contract volume of 600,000 euros or over in order to achieve the maximum number of points. Where references for smaller-scale projects are submitted, the score will be lower, in other words, the application will receive fewer points in accordance with the scale of the reference project.
Your question 1b.) References:
Yes, the bidder/bidding consortium must furnish, in this case just one, reference from the past five years for the execution of orientation and signage systems.
In addition to proof of having executed similar orientation and signage systems for construction projects with a high visitor frequency, the bidder/bidding consortium must furnish a reference for an individual net contract volume of 400,000 euros or over in order to achieve the maximum number of points. The minimum requirement in terms of project type and scope must be met in order to assure consideration of the tender application (see invitation to tender: Section III.2.3 Subsection 2).
Your question 1c.) References:
Yes, in order to achieve the maximum number of points for the type of performance, the bidder/bidding consortium must furnish a maximum of two references for complex large-scale construction projects from the past five years.
The awarding authority construes complex large-scale construction projects as construction projects with a net volume/projection cost of the principal’s entire building project of at least 25,000,000 euros. Where references for smaller-scale projects are submitted, the score will be lower, in other words, the application will receive fewer points in accordance with the scale of the reference project.
Your question 2) Official documentation
Yes, the appropriate authority must provide a current extract from the Commercial Register. A financial status report from the bidder’s bank must also be furnished.
